Boise State junior Allie Ostrander won her 5,000-meter semifinal heat in 15:30.94 at the West Regionals in Sacramento, Calif., advancing to the final for the third consecutive year in both the 3,000 steeplechase and the 5,000, beginning June 6 with the steeplechase semifinals in Austin, Texas.
