Stanford senior Grant Fisher won his 5,000-meter semifinal heat in 13:45.64 at the West Regionals in Sacramento, Calif., edging Wisconsin senior Morgan McDonald in 13:46.76, as both athletes will compete again June 7 in the national final in Austin, Texas.
