Olivia Lueking, a sophomore at Oklahoma, survived a four vaulter sudden-death tiebreaker, clearing 13-10 (4.22m) on her first attempt in the women's pole vault to secure the 12th and final berth at the NCAA Division 1 West Regional at Sacramento State. Lueking, who cleared 13-6.25 (4.12m) before missing three earlier opportunities at 13-10, advanced to the June 8 final at the Division 1 championship meet and the League City Clear Creek High graduate will return to Texas to compete at Mike A. Myers Stadium in Austin.
