Northern Arizona freshman Brodey Hasty placed second in his 5,000-meter semifinal heat in 14:07.66 at the West Regionals in Sacramento, Calif., earning a berth in the national final June 7 in Austin, Texas, along with Lumberjack teammates Geordie Beamish and Luis Grijalva.
