Sacramento State sophomore Shilah Bedingfield ran a wind-legal lifetime-best 22.95 seconds in the 200 meters at her home venue Hornet Stadium at the West Regionals to advance to the national semifinals June 6 in Austin, Texas. Bedingfield placed fith in her quarterfinal heat, but was one of three time qualifiers to the semifinals.
