After placing fourth in the women's 10,000 meters in 32:21.55, Kansas junior Sharon Lokedi placed third in her 5,000 section in 15:27.09 at the Division 1 West Regionals at Sacramento State. Lokedi joined Missouri's Karissa Schweizer, Colorado's Erin Clark and San Francisco's Charlotte Taylor in qualifying for both events for the NCAA championship meet at Hayward Field in Eugene, Ore.
