USC sophomore Michael Norman ran the fastest 400-meter time at the Division 1 West Regionals, clocking 44.67 at Sacramento State. Norman also anchored the Trojans to victory in 3:01.11 the 4x400 relay, running a 43.1-second split, one of the top five in event history.
